Biography of Marco G
Marco Grenier started as a disc jockey sixteen years ago, since then he has been ripping dance floors and his reputation is well deserved. At the prime of his career, he is a household name at most major events in Quebec City and throughout the province of Quebec. He is also a resident at the most infamous clubs: Aria, Dagobert, and Le Systeme.
Marco G's style is seamless and fluid. His mixing technique granted him the privilege to play along side some of the biggest names in the electronic music industry: Tiesto, Carl Cox, Sandy Rivera, Paul Van Dyk, Donald Glaude, Dave Clarke, Armin van Buuren, Mauro Picotto, Christian Smith, Cevin Fisher, Misstress Barbara, Stacey Pullen, Max Graham, Scott Bond, Adam X & Frankie Bones, Dj Dan, Seb Fontaine, Angel Moraes, Marco Bailey, Guy Ornadel, Mateo Murphy, Ben sims, Josh Wink, Richie Hawtin, Timo Maas, Slam, Marco Carola , Deep Dish and Sven Vath...
Through years of experience, he has developed his own style which reaches a wide audience, from the 'clubbers' to the hard techno lovers. His blend of techno sets a new standard. It allows itself to be quite underground but yet not marginal.
At the age of 29, Marco G has a rich and vast experience. Recently referred to as 'Best Undiscovered dj' by Misstress Barbara in DJ MAG (November 2003), Marco G's style is quickly spreading all over the world. After Cancun and Vancouver, Marco G is starting to invest the majority of his time in his musical production with his long time friend and well established producer Preach under the alias 'The Machine'.
