Comment: This here is one of Severence's more ambient mixes. I especially like the first half, dominated by deep ambient and electronic sounds with some classical influence. However, the mix slowly progresses to a kind of alt. electronic pop sound. The choice of tracks for this transition is not so bad in the first half, but in the end it breaks drastically with the mood set in the first 15 minutes. For me, a dj can mix any combination of genres into a whole as long as there is still a general 'atmosphere' throughout the entire mix that gives it it's uniformity. In this mix though, the atmosphere that it was given in the beginning seems to eventually be broken down. Hence 'only' a 7 out of 10.
