ROBOSONIC = Sacha Robotti + Cord Henning 'Schall' Labuhn.
As a team, we perform alive [DJ+live mix on computer] or purely as DJs on turntables / FinalSeratoTorqTraktor / CDJs in clubs, on festivals, fashion shows, dirty basements, afterhours and improvised locations of all sorts, worldwide.
We call the mix of music which we perform 'dance entertainment for junkies and joggers' [-> see promomix of the same title!] .. we like electronic dance music with attitude.
Mostly we're working on our music at night. The sound we produce is undogmatic: we draw our influences from our bootlegger / mashup past, hip hop, funk and electronica, but also love to produce deeper more thoughtful and experimental techno.
On our baby label DISKOMAFIA, we released our debut album 'Sturm und Drang' in November 2007 on CD & MP3, getting amazing reviews and support from DJs internationally. The album took about a year to produce, design and write. We put a lot of creativity and effort into it to make it our very own manifesto on how we perceive electronic dance music, and how we want to 'package' this music as a cultural product.
Some album tracks also came out as vinyl maxis in 2007: 'Yasmin' with KOLETZKI & MEINDL and THE COCONUT WIRELESS remixes, as well as 'Die Verwandlung' with JESSE ROSE and CHRISTOPHER JUST remixes.
In 2008 too, you can expect more vinyl maxis with album tracks: watch out for 'Kaputt in Hollywood' with DEADSET and SANTIAGO & BUSHIDO remixes in May / June on DISKOMAFIA.

The Zombie Disco Squad are a group of DJ's and Musicians that first started to appear together in London in about 2000. Little is known about there early history since they all rudely declined a interview.
They have appeared at many party's in London and have made quite a name for them self s amongst the London Underground.
Musically they were not on the new wave of English electro dj's but did catch on very quickly to what is incorrectly being called Baile Funk (or Funk Carioca )
They appear to have eight members, but only two seem to be very active; namely Lucas Hunter and Nathaniel Hollywood.
They have ties to other well established nights in London especially a night called Blame it on Berlin which takes place on the Kingsland Road in East London. Blame it on Berlin was established some time ago and is known as London's first electro night.

Brian Connelly (aka Skoozbot), an Indiana native and Michigan transplant, has long been interested in the interaction between humans and technology. This interest has been met in his love of electronic music, which is made by machines yet fueled by the soul. As a DJ over the past decade, Brian has never been satisfied simply blending two tracks together and has long sought to augment his mixing by incorporating the limitless possibilities provided by technology. His first productions and remixes have been mostly released in labels as Minus, Immigrant and Mindshake.
