Biography of Robell

RoBeLL_ver.7.1.1979_designed and built in moskow, u.s.s.r.

i have been interested in soundesign since the age of 9 when i would take my father_s record player and his tape recorder, playing his classical records and tapes simultaneously, and try to mix bach with beethoven. these days i am pretty much doing the same thing using the technology and sound of today. I have been immersing myself in electronic music since i first heard technotronic_s 'pump up the jam' in 1990. i have found that electronic music has no limits for creativity. i started out using the traditional method of turntables and a mixer to create my sound and soon joined the digital wave. today i try to incorporate both methods in my productions while trying to create a balance between a large number of different sounds or stripping down a track to the bare minimum and building it back up.lessizmore.enjoy
