Biography of Bassbin Twins

Real Name: Pete Houser

Bassbin Twins were born in Los Angeles, moved to Belgium, and are now based in San Francisco. Started in 1992 simply because of a 'love for the beats', they've recorded for Skint, Belgian Breaks, Southern Fried, and others, as well as their own numerous one off indpendent releases.

A live Bassbin Twins show is a remix of all their favorite music. Their innovative tunes range from breaks to house to drum 'n bass. Anything and everything can get woven into the mix. Eclectic in nature, the connection lies in the unique rub they put on each track.

The future for BBT holds more live shows, new fiercely independent record releases, and more film making projects.

Comment: holy smokes! this set is of hte chain. brain melting remix's full of BASS & classic breaks. they even throw in a remix of baba o'riley by the who. & this remix is not one of those cheese ball trying to re-create some old hit remix. this is some heavy biz thrown into this remix. over all all the tracks on this mix work together to give you a proper beatdown of beats any fan of the bassbin twin's is accustomed to.
hurry up and grab this one, mos def worth the dL.

Comment: Took me back to the good days of beats and rythms! Before there were millions of genres, just beats. When djs were still sampling classic musical eras. Rock, Rap, Reggae, Pop, Funk, Disco, you name it.
