Initially helping to kick start the London techno movement with the Liberator djs, D.A.V.E’s focus has shifted from his earlier acidic productions to a more mature style of techno which is reflected on his own label HYDRAULIX, and now his new label APEX .

HYDRAULIX has been receiving huge support from many respected club Djs from all genres and has become a mainstay of the underground techno scene in London and abroad. APEX had release number 1 licensed for a Carl Cox compilation from the german club U60311 and has received plays from many techno jocks including Stanny Frannsen and Pounding Grooves.

D.A.V.E.’s early productions appeared mainly on the local London labels such as: S.U.F. Cluster ,Routemaster , 4x4 and Smitten, since then he has appeared on many respected european techno labels such as: Primate (special edition 10' with Michael Burkat) Chris Liebings CLR (with Lawrie Pounding Grooves) and Fine Audio Recordings as STROBE, alongside releases as Henry Cullen on Bound , Giant and Dwarf and many remixes including the recent 'Acid Disco' for Vicious Circle recordings and new remixes for Ignition Technition, DJ emerson and DJ Urban.

D.A.V.E. has also been responsible for mixing and engineering on many productions for many different labels including, Molecular, Eukatech, Eukahouse, Eukabreaks, God Made Me Hardcore, T.E.C. and many more.

Comment: This one's a bit short at 42 mins and has a lot of Dave's signature tracks that you've probably heard before, but the audio quality is really good and the first track is a killer. Cuts off a bit dissapointingly at the end.
