Over the past two years it may be tough to find an artist who has been working as hard as Ryan Crosson. Since Fall 2003 he has been producing music on his laptop in an attempt to separate himself from other artists and find a sound all his own. Trading practice time behind turntable for countless hours spent in front of a computer screen, Ryan focused on deep bass lines and quirky rhythmic noises to keep dance floors moving. He prides himself on hard work and dedication, and after a little less than a year of producing his hard work began to pay off.
In late summer 2004, Ryan was asked to become a part of Beretta Music Detroit, a techhouse label that was about to begin a sub-label called Beretta Grey. The purpose of Grey is to focus on more deep, minimal grooves and the founders of Beretta thought Ryan would be an excellent fit to help jump start this idea. Also in Fall of 2004 Ryan signed some of his music to Trapez Records, a division of Traum Schallplatten out of Cologne, Germany.
2005 should serve to be a busy year for Ryan. In addition to his release on Trapez he has also signed tracks with Archipel, a netlabel moving to vinyl out of Montreal, and for a compilation on Tic Tac Toe Records based in Denmark. A Beretta Grey release is also in the works for later in the year.

Seth Troxler moved to Metro Detroit from Kalamazoo, Michigan at age 15 and immediately broke onto the electronic scene in Detroit. He promoted parties as Nu-Luv Productions with Berettamusic whom he formed early ties with. They helped to bring in DJ's like Magda, B-Nice and Ian Hind to name a few.
Seth has been inspired most by the works of Richie Hawtin, John Aquaviva, Derrick Carter and Danny Tenaglia. Seth's DJ abilities are very eclectic with styles ranging from Jazz & Rare Groove to minimal funk & Percussive Techno. He continues to protect his style & make it his own using new technologies such as Final Scratch, Reason and other music production related software. His receptiveness to new things and new ideas are what have enabled him to keep abreast with emerging sounds and movements...
Seth has been seen playing at Detroit venues such as The Works, Carbon, Foran's and more recently Good Night Gracies in Ann Arbor. Working at Memories and Melodies (record store) in Detroit has given him insight beyond his years because of the intense exposure to a wide range of musical selections; and most recently has been put in place as the direct buyer of all forms of new 12' house and techno vinyl.
Keep your eyes and ears open for Seth Troxler at upcoming events and collaborations with Berettamusic.
