Biography of Intelec
Now living in Granada (Spain), Intelec start their musical relation at the end of 2003. Since then, their growing and evolution has not stopped.
Their sharp live sets are electronic exercises for dancing and mental stimulation, minimalistic sound puzzles feed by influences like techno, electro, idm... always chasing new formulas to keep developing with no specific relation with any labeled music style.
Intelec have been playing around all the spanish geography, sharing line up with artists like Stewart Walker, Karl Bartos, Nathan Fake, Frank Martiniq, Jon Gaiser, Oliver Hacke, Murcof, Metope, Dave Tarrida, Touane, HD Substance, Rec Overflow, Pablo Bolivar, ... being even support band on the line up of Richie Hawtin at the closing party at Industrial Copera, on july 2005.
In october 2005 they won the 1st place at the national contest 'Premio Caja España de Música Electrónica' with their track 'Loto'
In June 2006, appears their first tracks on VV.AA. 'Exponencial' (miga 10), incluying an exclusive remix of Paper (aka Pablo Bolivar). One Month later, appears their first reference calls 'Esquemático' (miga 11), with a remix of the track 'Smog' by Animatek.
In March 2007 they publish a new track together with Animatek, Sr. Aye and Naïfloop on 'Migaendo' (Minuendo Electrónico ) avaliable at Beatport
Intelec bets for a change of record with 'Giro' (miga 19) , a work that shows the search of new ways and forms of expression in their music, which moves away from etiquettes and from prejudices at the moment of confronting a work.
