Biography of Kliment
Kliment Dichev's solo project emerges after years of musical creativity and experience in sound manipulation between ambient/chill out and progressive/psy trance. Since 2001 I passed through several electronic music projects: Samodelia, Mana, Disham. These where times of experiments with various styles and influences, mystic & magic tunning them always. Now I still tend to look around for quite different soundings (deep club music, conceptual psychedelic, idm & experimental) and fusion them together in a groovy shape for the dance floor.
Recently, I also made the entire soundtrack of a US-BG movie production, Trade Routes. For me this is a new dimension in music which I'll really try to explore in near future. In fact, scoring is something I never seriously made before and since it has not much to do with electronic music, it turned out to be an experiencing personal challenge.
My new chill album should be released within Electrik dream label by the end of 2007. Its main directions are traveling from psychedelic ambient & idm to deep ethnic/classical elements: a timeless expression story of freedom.
Inspiring trips & travel drive me often at parties and festivals around Europe, both for chill and progressive/psy live act.
Most enjoyed gigs (at festivals): Boom 2004, Mati Zemlya 2004-2005, Easter Sunday 2005, Transylvania Calling 2005, No Man's Land 2004-2005, Ozora 2005, Soulclipse 2006, Underwater-Overground 2006, Sziget 2004, 2005 and 2006, Sofia Earthdance 2006, Gathering of the Tribes 2007, Artmospheric Spring Festival 2007.
