Biography of DJ Urtzi
Urtzi is from Bilbao(Basque Country), and is the creator of www.micro.com.es. Passionate of the most vanguardist and experimental minimal music, as much if is for the club as if no.Urtzi has been several years playing music in 'Technoclubn1'(Llodio) and in different raves and clubs of Basque Country. Also he has played music sometimes in 'Soma Experimental Club'(Madrid) and has participated in february of 2004 in the festival 'Klangmaschine', with Sutekh(Context, EEUU) and F-on among others in 'Soma' too. In november of 2005 Urtzi was playing in 'Sonikas III', a festival of experimental music in Madrid, and in february of 2006 in 'Experimenta Night' in club 'One'(Madrid). In his experimental projects emphasize the audiovisual installation for the festival of music and experimental art 'Musica Ex Machina'(Bilbao, 2002) and one videoexpression for the encounter of video in centre of dance 'Galibo'(Bilbao, 2003), both works made with Veronica Urrutia artist. Also they have made other installations in different places from Basque Country. His latest projects, audio work with other artists for one video created by Veronica Urrutia for an event organized between 'MEM' and 'Danceproduktion DK' (Denmark) in Copenhagen for the presentation of 'MEM' 2005, and a new participation with an installation in 'MEM' 2006 this time in solitary.
