Biography of KarGo
Karan Gour/KarGo
Hailing from Delhi, Karan is an IT graduate which he doubled with a sound engineering qualification from SAE international technology college. He brings with him surplus experience from the professional writing industry (AV MAX). His vision for pioneering electronic music and radical cinema is exemplary and he maximizes this gift with detailed application. He has also composed and produced innumerable commercial audio projects.
Intelligent beats laced with atmospheric harmonies and twisted melodies is what defines Kargo's eccentric sound. His sound makes you feel entwined with all natural aesthetics and the sheer organic detail he immerses his tracks with make the overall vibe seem almost instinctive. A creative intellectual by passion and profession, KarGo never fails to use experimental methods and processes in his art, be it his movies or his music. He is one of the founders of 3rd Thought Entertainment, an intelligent art house cum record label based in Mumbai. His IDM renditions of Bjork's tracks with the trademark 'KarGo' sound are quite a treat to the aural senses.

It's been fulfilling to do all that we do at 3rd Thought for us and other artists and not for any 'industry'. It helps refine the outcome and the initial reason for pursuing art-in any form. And the process to reach a conclusion becomes even more interesting this way which then in turn enhances the work we subsequently take up.

I'm addicted to Aaron Funk and his instinctive nature of making music and I feel no different about Aranofsky’s filmmaking. Let’s not get to Bjork.
