Biography of DJ Eduardo M
Born in São Paulo and currently living in Balneário Camboriú (SC) has almost 13 years of career, counting from the early days when still a teen when he discovered hip house and hardcore vinyl records. At that time, first half of the 90’s, Eduardo has started learning how to mix playing artists like Altern 8, T99, Bizarre Inc, Channel X, Dj Spy, Bass Bumpers e Lee Marrow.
Along with time, Eduardo got to know different variations of Eletronic music, when he even played Drum’n’Bass. But as soon as records from artists like Green Velvet, Jeff Mills, Dark Comedy, Mark Seven, Underground Base Heads and The Advent, landed in his hands, he discovered his passion for Techno.
It was during that period that he also discovered his talent for turntablism. Inspired by the performances from DJs that competed for the DMC, Eduardo started practicing his mixing techniques and decided to adapt them to his techno sets – which became his trademark and gave him the status of Revelation DJ from the South of the country in the years of 2003 and 2004.
His beliefs in the importance of maintaining authenticity through his career, Eduardo’s sets are nowadays based essentially on the research of techno and its variations, including the turntabling techniques – with up to three decks – among artists’ productions.
Eduardo has played amongst Djs like Marco Remus (Germany), Viper XXL (Germany), Patrick DSP (Canada), Pauze (Canada), Terence Fixmer (Germany), Paco Osuna (Spain), DAVE The Drummer (UK), Chris Liberator (UK), Wild (France), Glenn Miller (UK), Murphy, Mau Mau, TRB, Lukas, Invoke Duo, Sub, Camilo Rocha, Spiceee, Nisek, Mara Bruiser, Mental Giu, clubs and events like Lov.e (SP), Clash (SP), A Lôca (SP), Warung (SC), Ibiza (SC), Stereo (Curitiba) and events like Circuito Techno (SP), Technopride (SP), Rebordose (SP), Megavonts, Dynamo (Curitiba) amongst others.
Currently is participating in the national casting of the Technopride Djs agency.
