Biography of Aleph Null
Aleph Null is Anthony Bowyer-Lowe's presently preferred pseudonym for techno DJing.
His life could be seen as tragic in almost every capacity other than music - he considers himself fortunate to have grown up alongside Kraftwerk, acid house, techno, drum'n'bass, electronic experimentalism and then fluking his obsessions for music, mathematics and machinery into a career spanning studio engineering, synthesizer patch programming, sound design, video game audio system coding and now technical architect in the R&D Centre of the world's largest manufacturer of musical instruments.
Anthony currently subsists in Brighton, England surrounded by stacks of semi-functional analogue synthesizers, countless drum machines, and strange instruments of a bizarre nature, torn between committing himself to adoping the modern digital production lifestyle or retreating back into avant-garde, audio expermentalism. Whatever the result, his neighbours are guaranteed to be disturbed.
