Biography of Loik

Loïk Dury, is the soundtrack of many of us, the generation of the electronic culuture. From artist DJ to director of programs for Radio Nova, between 1987 and 1997, he worked the Nova sound and created the Novamix. Journalist, radio animator, director, advisor and music composer for many fashion designers, (Junko Shimada, Kenzo, Karl Lagerfeld, Paco Rabane); Loïk Dury keeps an ear and an eye on everything. Following the success of the soundtrack of Peut-Être (translate « Maybe ») (nominated for best soundtrack at the Victoires de la Musique in 1999), he associated himself with several musicians, composers and the producer Monte Cristo, to create the structure Kraked. Composing music himself, he produced original soundtracks for 15 movies between 2000 and 2005, along with music for TV, cartoons, web sites and advertising. In the meantime, Loïk Dury also realised remixes for the likes of Tony Allen, Doctor L, Ezekiel. Today he continues to lead the Kraked Unit into the production and composition of music for images, devoting himself to the development of artists as well as the publication of a series of DVD collections.
