Biography of DJ Agent

Style:
DJ Agent plays interesting and high quality techno mainly, and he is offering actual and newest records of techno scene within his productions. His sets are also very energic. He is interested in other styles of dance music as well, so it was not a problem for him to play with Kid Loco, Autechre or Grooverider, because he also owns large collection of breakbeat records.

Bio:
DJ Agent is one of well known and finest Czech DJs, who belongs to the Czech top 5. Before doing DJing he worked for company that was distributing records for major Czech labels. He also worked, as producer, with band Tom Is My sugar. Nowadays he cooperates with MaFo promotion agency, that organizes big rock concerts, and also dance parties on professional level. Since 1995, when he started, he has played in almost all the Czech clubs concerned with dance scene. He has also played in Holland several times. He does also very often play on special events, mainly with well-known and respected foreign DJs or live acts.

Projects:
DJ Agent also works on his own music, he owns a small studio situated in his house, where he tries to create unique sound that would satisfy him. He has created some remixes for old school rocker Ivan Kral, who played guitar with Patti Smith, other remixes for Ecstasy of Saint Theresa and Prague's newcomer Neo. DJ Agent released two tapes of remixes – Pure Future 97 and The Voluntary Work mix, second one was created with Prague's finest jungle DJ Koogi. He compiled a third part of well known techno compilation TECHNO ENERGY for Prague's label NEXT ERA. He also mixed the 9th TECHNO ENERGY at the summer festival of Machac 2000. The CD was released in October 2000 and became the best selling compilation of this series!
