Biography of DJ Dell
DJ Dell was based in Edinburgh, Scotland from 1985 - 1995 and was a prominent house DJ within the Scottish dance music scene. His styles matured from early acid house, techno and italian house, to trance, electro and hard house. He will be remembered for playing at events such as Rezerection, Fantasia, Awesome 101, Streetrave, The Bunker, Fubar and for 2 years resident at the legendary Calton Studios in Edinburgh.
Dell was also known for establishing Global Records, one of the nations first specialist dance music shops and was based in Edinburgh, Stirling and Galashiels.
After a 12 year break from the industry DJ Dell has returned playing venues throughout New York City and will soon be returning to the UK for many more gigs.
