Biography of Nika77
Nika 77 is a Prague based DJ. Since her debut public appearance in 1997 she has performed in many famous clubs around Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as England, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, Slovenia, Poland, Russia, Belgium, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia. She is one of the leading Czech DJs and her sets are famous across various radio stations and TV shows that specialize in shows specific to the dance scene.
She is a resident DJ at Prague's infamous Connect Yourself parties (Radost FX, Roxy) held by www.techno.cz - a leading dance scene information provider for the Czech Republic - whom she regularly represents.
During her gigs in the Czech Republic she had supported many big names from the electronic scene such as Steve Stoll, Luke Slater, Dave Angel, Female and others.
Nika 77īs interest is largely techno but extends to minimal/deep house and experimental and ambient electronic music. Currently she is occupied in the studio working on her own tracks. Her first productions were released on Czech label TechEx (002 and 003), Fylo, Ambsine (Vol.1), Tekknik Experimental Rec. 02 and she is now also aiming to set up a label of her own.
