Biography of Dacha

DACHA
Born in Belgrade in 1979, he demonstrated interest in music and computers yet as a child. In 1995 he gets involved with radio work and there he remains up to this day. The end of the 90's brought him association and work on various radio stations to be comfortably brought into a relationship with Venus in the year 2000. In 2001 he becomes the musical editor and only a year down the road the executive of Venus radio setting a new program scheme based on electronic music and clubbing, which is due to it's efficiency and popularity, still alive and kicking.

His first steps in DJ-ing were made in 1998 when he experimented with playing tribal and tech house on radio stations and in smaller clubs, to reorient towards progressive house sound a few years later (around the time Kinetic Vibe was formed) and that is the realm in which he “spins his thing” today still. He had an opportunity to play alongside renowned international artists such as John Digweed, Matthew Dekay, James Zabiela and many others. When not engaged with his regular radio work and DJ-ing he finds time to occupy himself with journalism and commercial production.
