Elton D. today is considered a treasure in the production of electronic music in Brazil.

His interest for music started in 1996. Always coming back toward alternative electronic music and its various styles.

At the beginning, his first compositions passed for house, drum and bass, techno and other styles. Always eclectic and with good influences he decided to follow with house and techno.

One of his important steps was taken in 2004, when he received the invitation from the producer Pierre J. (more known as Hertz) to launch what would be one of his more important records, Tunel E.P for Suéca recorder, Sway Records. Absolute success, the record entered in in “top 10” of djs as: Preach, Misjah, Marko Nastic, Christian Fischer, Trevor Rockcliffe and others djs of the world scene.

From this launching, other innumerable invitations had come to Elton D. having launched records in stamps as: Primal Force (England), Patterns (Holland), Yin Yang (England), G-Force (Sweden), Stark Rec. (Whisker), Definition Records (Germany), Nitrosound Records (Brazil), etc.

His music has also been sampled in programs of Radio as for example: Eden Fm (Malta), Hbw Radio (Germany), Sputinik (Germany), JovemPan (Brasilia), Energy 97 (SP), 98,5 Metropolitana (SP) 98 FM (P.Prudente), etc. He participated in 2003 of the São Paulo Fashion Week.

Also producing tracks for parades, radios and medias for all the São Paulo interior. Elton D. has shown through his presentations that he is a DJ to know, touching in the main events of eletronica music.

In March of 2006 he embarked for his first tour in Europe, passing through countries such as Germany (in the cities of Melstrup, Endem and Dresden), Macedonian (in cities as Skopia and Kavardarci) and still in Kosovo (in the cities of Pritzen and Pristina), leaving his mark where his groove was contagious.

In this same tour with top dj/produtor Marko Nastic in Belgrade - He played, some days in studio, preparing bands in partnership for his next launchings.

Comment: Elton D here provides us with a good solid set of pounding, loopy, percussive techno.

Whilst he does have a tendency to over-use beat-stutter and filter/tight-flange effects for track transitions the level of pumping energy never abates and the mixing is never less than tight. A number of tracks feature short vocal loops which may offend the purist techno-heads but, conversely, increase accessibility to some.
