MPIII.com features downloads of live sets and mix sets posted by our members. These live sets and mix sets are posted in appreciation for the artists that created them. You will find biographies, images and links for all the artists featured on the site. This helps in promoting the people that create the music which we love. MPIII.com takes much pride in being a site rich with information and knowledge. Biography of Diskokitty
Diskokitty has been spinning eclectic mixes of various genres since 1996. DK spins varieties of house, drum and bass, and trip-hop; incorporating influences ranging from electro and breaks to raggae and salsa. DK is no novice when it comes to music as she started out at the age of 4½ studying classical piano. Since then, DK hs been invited to spin a myriad selection of events, bringing her own flavor while meticulously blending the beats of the conventional and unconventional to open or close for such DJ's as Deiselboy, Goldie, Dj Rap, D:Fuse, Adam Freeland, Mike Dearborn, Psychobitch, Punisher and many more!
Since djing, Diskokitty has held various residencies in both Las Vegas and Chicago, and as well having worked with several promotional crews in Chicago, including PURE, BassbythePound, Localsound, M3 plus more. Dk has also hosted and organized her own Drum and Bass night entitled Masterbeat.
Diskokitty not only performs at events, but she has also made appearances on medium including Channel 19 in Chicago, various FM radio stations on both the West Coast and Midwest, and several cyberstations as well.
Currently, Diskokitty is producing tracks of many genres and will be releasing them under Silent 'T' Productions. Until then, keep an eye out for Diskokitty as you will never know where you'll find her or what she will be doing!
