Biography of Siasia
Lukas. That's his real name. He was born in 1982 in Katowice/Poland where he lives now. He started his adventure with electronic music early, because when he was 12 years old he visited west part of Europe and he was fascinated with the electronic sounds. Listening passion was changed to wanting to share music with other people by mixing. This dream came true one year later when he met dj Gogo and Jaco. he played his first set in 1996 in popular radio audition 'Zerwij sufit' in radio 'Top'. When he started his career he was playing in many Silesian clubs like Mega Club (Katowice) and many many more lost places of club culture. When he was 16 years old he became the resident of Kanty club in Jaworzno. He was playing with uncountable techno stars like Rush, Umek, Chris Liebing, Thomas Schumacher, Pet duo, Marco Remus, Mauro Picotto, Leo Laker, Toni Rios and many many more.
In his 9 year career he had performances in most popular clubs in Poland and he organized his own events. Sometimes he helped dj Gogo in 'Techno Terror' radio show at Planeta radio. When he has couple minutes he is making his own music but for the most part of his own energy he gives to the sets. In his discography he has singles and remixes on Mayday, Kanty and Teknica compilations. In 2002 he was the 9th dj of the top 100 in Poland by life magazine competition and in 2003 and 2004 he was also 6th. Now he is one of the best Polish dj's. With end of 2004 his residency in Kanty club ended. Time for changes. New style, new plans, new horizons, new possibilities.
At first he played different kinds of electronic music from house to the hardest kind of techno. Time was floating and he was looking for his favorite style. Year ago it was schranz but he found new way, new style: electro-tech and techno.
