Biography of Jimmy Van M

JVM started his career with sunny Florida as the backdrop. It was around 1994 that he first met John Digweed and Sasha. Between backyard sessions on his trampoline and all weekend long after parties, they became best friends. They all shared the same vision and that was the explosive potential for electronic music in America. For nearly a year, Jimmy paid his own way and played for free at the legendary Twilo, opening for John & Sasha. In '96 he partnered with Chris Fortier and founded the Balance Promote Group Record Pool. In '97 they coordinated the Cream USA Tour. Then in 2002 Jimmy developed the idea of The Delta Heavy Tour. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Comment: The same thing as his long-friend Chris Fortier...

These two guys put South Beach on the map with some great Porgressive and tribal classic sets...

They bith seem to be full-tme minimal now which I find is too bad...

Still a good set here mixed very well. Tracks are solid and make this a good minimal mix
