Biography of Todd Terje

Todd Terje (G.A.M.M, Bearfunk, Full Pupp, No)

2004 saw some of the freshest and most innovative records being produced by Norweigans such as Todd Terje, the man behind the edit of Micheal Jackson's 'Can't help It', Eurodans, and the Bearfunk release Bodies. Alongside his pals Lindstrom and Prins Thomas they've re invented the disco sound and has given dance music the freshest sounds its had in a long time.

Expect some mindblowing disco action with THE name of the moment. Being hailed by Rainer Truby and Gilles Peterson to NYC elite DJ's his first UK gig at the Rainbow in May will surely attract a huge crowd.

He describes his style as astroboogie, coconut-jungle-marimba-safari-disco with a touch of superküllers. He's released Double/Titanic-edits on Supreme Records, Bee Gees/Santana-edits on Ballroom, Mjøndalen Diskoklubb on Full Pupp, and soon Magic Salsa/Antena-edits will appear on Supreme and Tangoterje-edits on GAMM.
