Biography of Tocadisco
Tocadisco ( spanish > turntable ) started with music in his early years. He grow up in a small city in Germany near Cologne. He plays several instruments and played in different bands in his youth.
In 1996 his profesional DJ-career started at Düsseldorf’s UNIQUE Club. With Tocadisco on the turntables Unique got voted „Best Club of the city“
( PRINZ ) several times.
Fashion brands like G-Star Jeans and Diesel Jeans are booking Tocadisco for their shows and events. Even Nino Cerruti invited him to Mailand to play at the Fashion Week.
In the year 2000 Tocadisco moved to Cologne and build himself a studio. He produced several remixes for different record labels. The most popular remix was for „Lifetimes“ by Slam ( Soma Rec. ). The mix got voted one of the 12 best Remixes in 2001 by the readers of the musicmagazine GROOVE.
In October 2003 Tocadisco got signed to the great german dance label Superstar Records. His first single under his own name was called: „Nobody ( likes the records that you play )“. The track was played by all famous german DJ’s like Westbam, Moguai, Kid Alex, Boris Dlugosch, Moonbootica and international stars like Mylo.
The single went peak position of all german Dance charts. In Denmark, Norwegia, Ungaria and Poland Top 3 and got released in USA, Australia, Mexico, Africa and Europe.
Tocadisco’s remixes for Moguai - „Freaks“ ( Punx Rec. ) and TokTok vs.Nena – „BangBang“ ( Warner ) reached worldwide attention aswell.
In 2005 Tocadisco got voted by the readers of Raveline as one of the
best newcomer in 2004 - along with producers like Mathew Johnson, John Dalbäck and Kid Alex.
AC / OT - „Corazon Loco EP“ ( Superstar ) is the latest release by Tocadisco. A 4 track EP filled with pumping electro tracks…
Tocadisco’s latest remix for Axwell - „Feel the Vibe“ will be released soon on Superstar Records.
Tocadisco developed into a „Global Player“ . Besides Gigs in the most respected clubs in Germany, he played clubs and festivals in Russia, Brazil, Switzerland, Ungaria, Austria and Spain. In Summer 2005 he will be spining at Ibiza again.

Comment: Can be better then that i guess? he seems much better when i heard it live in a club.
