Stanny Franssen otherwise known as G-Force started out as a DJ at local parties about one year before the so called new-beat period (before he had been listening to punk, new wave and rock). He says, 'I started looking for less commercial music and got to know FRONT 242, NITZEREBB, and other electronic body music bands. One thing led to another and I discovered Detroit and Chicago techno music.' Franssen is quick to emphasize, 'Especially Underground Resistance was a big influence for me.'
Franssen soon started making music with 3 machines and sent the new tracks out on tapes. Franssen recalls, 'Big Time International was interested but there was a lot of work to the tracks, so they placed me with some other guys in a big studio, and the project 'Propionic' was born. I bought new machines because I wanted to make the tracks on my own.'
After a year Franssen was satisfied with his tracks and the label Re-load took them and the project 'Cronical Reform' was born. Ironically, Franssen was too productive and Zzino (labelmanager of Re-load) could not bring out all the tracks he had made so Franssen went to KK-Records and they took the tracks Zzino didn't want. The new project with KK was called GF.
After GF was born things changed very fast, and a lot of other people were interested in Franssen, so in rapid succession there followed a lot of new projects and even more new tracks.
Now Franssen can be seen in his studio at any free moment he gets and DJing on 3 turn tables around the world. Currently, Franssen is getting as many bookings as he can in North and South America. He pleases his audiences with his unique and cultivated sound where ever he makes an appearance.
