Biography of Mike Brankis
Mike Brankis was born in Lake Forest Illinois, a Northern suburb of Chicago, on 23 July 1983. A mere 23 years later, he's tearing up decks all over the city, opening up for the likes of The Advent, Ryan Crosson and Tony Rohr. He's a productive member of Majestic Night Life [MNL]; a local promotional, production and booking agency. Brankis also organizes parties under the cleverly named No Affiliation. a party, at which brankis told me that i would love it.
dubious as ever, i just nodded + smiled. even though i
had danced for 5 hours already, i couldn't keep from
bobbing my head. dammit, the boy was right! i haven't
been able to stop listening to it ever since. if that
isn't endorsement enough, how can you argue with a
tracklist like that?
