Peter Haze was born near Katowice, Poland and grew up in a family where music was very present at all times. At the age of 9 Peter and his family had moved to Chicago. Since that day Peter was always near a radio listening to music of all types. Eventually after going to a few local nightclubs as a teen Peter decided to start DJing.
His first DJ gig was at Club Nocturnal located in downtown Chicago at the age of 20. Since that moment Peter has had a DJ did every Saturday night at various downtown nightclubs. His past residencies include: Nocturnal, Rive Gauche, White Star, Spybar & HardDrive.
After a while Peter along with his partner DJ DannyBoy decided to form a record label on which to release their production called Essential Beats Studios.
Now with the label established Peter is focusing on his production career. With tracks like 'Assembler' already released the response from the public has been great. Peter also has a remix of 'Drums In The Club' by Russ Harris coming out on EsNtion Records. The record is expected to press in late summer of 2006. Another remix scheduled for release in 2006 is Peter's remix of 'Nothing More To Give' by Mickey Oliver.
As a DJ Peter is one of the upcoming stars of the scene. Peter likes to mix different types of music in his sets and never settle into one type of genere. Peter Haze – a name, which we have to pay attention for in the future.
It's hard to say that Peter.Haze just a Global Underground dj or Progressive dj. Peter.Haze is considered a dj of the music that he likes. Put Global, Underground, Breaks, Progressive, Deep House into a blender and you'll get a great ride. If Peter.Haze finds a great House song, or a great Progressive Trance track, he'll add both to his sets. It's not just the defenition of each type of music, but music as a whole in a set, during those 3 - 4 hours that really show his style. That's what his style is, it's the ride, the journey, the trip that takes you up and down and up again to make you feel and hear something that u've never heard before.
